How refunds work depends on who you bought from. Your order confirmation always tells you which type you have. Whatever it says here, your statutory rights under UAE consumer law always apply.
First, your order type

Type A — orders Glodeal fulfils
Before it ships
Cancel any time before we've purchased or dispatched the item, for a full refund, with no fee.
After delivery — if something is wrong
Defective, damaged, wrong item, not as described, or it fails our authenticity check: Glodeal covers the full return cost and refunds you in full. If you still want the item, we'll re-order it without re-charging the returned order's fee.
After delivery — change of mind
The item must be unused, in original packaging, with accessories and labels intact. Because cross-border return shipping is costly, return shipping is at your cost — and we'll give you an estimate up front so you can decide. For low-value items where return shipping approaches the item's worth, we may offer "keep it + a partial refund" instead.
What change-of-mind returns don't cover
For hygiene, safety or product reasons, some items can't be returned simply for a change of mind (they're still covered if faulty): opened personal-care, beauty or intimate items; opened supplements or consumables; opened pet products; activated digital goods or services; used, installed or assembled items; items missing labels or accessories; and refurbished or second-hand goods.
Type B — partner-store orders
Payment and the contract sit with that store, so returns, refunds and warranty follow their policy and timelines. Glodeal doesn't hold the funds and can't refund directly — but we flag the seller and its policy on the decision page before you click out, and we'll help you contact them and chase progress.
Glodeal Care+
For items with no local official warranty, Care+ offers local after-sales backup without shipping back to the manufacturer. Care+ runs alongside this policy: returns follow this page; usage and warranty issues go through Care+.
Honest promise: every refund and cost commitment here is real and deliverable — we don't publish promises we can't keep. Exact windows and timelines are confirmed on your order and at checkout, and never fall below UAE Consumer Protection Law minimums.
