What we collect
- Browsing the site needs no account. We use basic, aggregate analytics to understand which pages help people — not to identify you.
- If you contact us by email or WhatsApp, we keep what you send so we can reply and follow up.
- If you place an order we fulfil, we collect the details needed to source, ship, and (if needed) refund it — name, delivery address, contact, and payment confirmation handled by our payment provider.
Cookies and outbound links
We use essential cookies to make the site work and limited analytics cookies to improve it. When you click an outbound "Where to buy" link, the destination retailer or an affiliate network may set its own cookies; those are governed by their privacy policies, not ours.
Who we share with
Only the parties needed to do the job: our payment processor, our shipping and forwarding partners, and affiliate networks that attribute a referral. We share the minimum required, and we do not sell your personal data to anyone.
Your rights
Under the UAE Personal Data Protection Law (Federal Decree-Law No. 45 of 2021), you can ask us to access, correct, or delete your personal data, and to stop certain processing. To make a request, email privacy@glodeal.ae. We retain personal data only for as long as it's needed for the purpose it was collected.
